Victoria Place

We worked with ICON Construction Company from the design phase of Victoria Place to deliver an innovative roof solution.

PROFINISH Fire Protection consulted with ICON in the design stages of the project to co-ordinate a multi-scope passive fire solution including a TBA Firefly® Phoenix Smoke and Fire Barrier for the roof. 

The TBA Firefly® Phoenix roof barrier is a lightweight, non-combustible fabric weighing just 0.4mm thick and is twice the tensile strength of steel. It has an FRL of -/90/-.

As part of a comprehensive passive fire solution, we applied CAFO Vermiculite and Mandolite fire spray to multiple beams and ducts. Promatect 250 fire board was installed on steel where Speedpanel® was connected.

This $107 million dollar East Melbourne commercial development is due for completion in April of next year.
