PROFINISH Fire Protection was contracted by Rival Air to complete duct work for one of St Kilda’s most prestigious new addresses.

While most buyers for these new St Kilda Esplanade apartments will value the location, the most important aspect of any building is its ability to maintain structural integrity and contain flames, smoke and heat in the event of a fire. Luxury means nothing if a building isn’t fire-safe. As apartment buildings have basements with utilities where infrastructure is often maintained and accessed, critical passive fire protection starts here.

We worked with Rival Air to apply fire retardant vermiculite spray throughout the basement duct systems of the St. Moritz apartment building.
